Ann S. ('78) and Robert F. Carr, Jr

Ann S. (’78) and Robert F. Carr, Jr created this scholarship in 2017. Ann graduated from the College of Education with a MED in Early Childhood Education. She and her husband Robert are active members of the Duke Club and donors to JMU. The Valley Scholars Program is a University initiative designed to remove the financial barriers that otherwise might prevent promising students in the Shenandoah Valley with high financial need from attending college.
