Anna Moffatt McCormick ('50)

Anna Moffatt McCormick (‘50) established this scholarship in 2009. Anna graduated from the College of Education with a degree in Elementary Education. She made a career for herself as an elementary school teacher. Before her passing, Anna was a member of University Advancement President’s Council. This scholarship is for students in the Strings Program within the JMU School of Music, a purpose that honors Anna’s own love for classical music and her passion for the violin.
