Barry E. ('81) and Cynthia W. DuVal and Cheryl McLeskey

Barry E. (’81) and Cynthia W. DuVal and Cheryl McLeskey established this scholarship in 2014. Barry graduated from the College of Health and Behavioral Studies with a BS in General Psychology. As a student, Barry was involved with both the Honor Council and Student Government Association. He and his wife, Cynthia, are also parents to two Dukes. This scholarship is awarded to a junior with a Political Science or Public Policy and Administration major or a student in another JMU major with a demonstrated interest in a public service career.
