Colleagues and friends of Dr. Robert E. Holmes

The Dr. Robert E. and Diane M. Holmes Endowed Scholarship for the College of Business was established in 1995 to honor Dr. Robert E. Holmes, who served as Dean of the College of Business from 1983 to 1995. The purpose of the gift is to provide an annual scholarship award for an incoming freshman student with a declared business major.

The recipient must have demonstrated financial need. While in high school, the award recipient must carry a minimum academic performance level of B, along with demonstrated service and leadership throughout his or her high school career. The recipient shall be selected by a committee appointed and chaired by the Dean of the College of Business.
