Karen K. Perry

Karen K. Perry (’92) agrees to make a gift to the James Madison University Foundation, Inc. for the benefit of James Madison University.

The purpose of this gift is to honor the memory of her husband, Todd Perry ‘92, his love of JMU and soccer, his career in analytics, and to establish The Todd Perry (’92) Aspiring Analytics Endowed Scholarship, a merit scholarship in the Department of Computer Information Systems. Through this endowment, the Donor intends to provide financial resources for one student enrolled in the College of Business with a 2.7 GPA or above, and minoring in Analytics and with a preference to those who are Student Athletes.

The scholarship is renewable for one year as long as the student continues to meet the criteria. Scholarships will be awarded as determined by the Dean of the College of Business and the Academic Unit Head (AUH) of Computer Information Systems and follow the University’s guidelines for the awarding of scholarships. If there is not a student minoring in Analytics who meets this criteria, the scholarship will be awarded to a qualifying student as determined by the AUH of Computer Information Systems and the Dean of the College of Business.
