Raymond Hefner

Raymond Hefner and other friends and alumni created this scholarship in 1987. The scholarship was created to honor the memory of Beth Hefner. Beth was Raymond’s daughter and passed away in 2012. The scholarship is for Early and Middle Education students. Recipients are selected by the JMU Financial office from recommendations made by Early and Middle Education. Preference for students from eastern West Virginia.
