Terry Scott and Laura Hite Lawhead

Terry Scott and Laura Hite Lawhead established this scholarship in 2022. They are parents to Nathan Hite Lawhead (’21) who graduated with a BBA in Finance from the College of Business. Nathan, as a student, was involved with the Honors Program. Dukes Pay It Forward is a call to action for alumni to make gifts that will ensure future generations of students have access to the Madison Experience that was so meaningful to them; and, ultimately, to inspire recipients of Dukes Pay It Forward scholarship awards to give back when they themselves have the means to do so.
