Gregory J. and Christine M. Parseghian Scholarship Fund for Valley Scholars

An annual scholarship fund established by Gregory J. and Christine M. Parseghian.

This scholarship will name the first cohort of eligible students from Harrisonburg High School as Parseghian Valley Scholars and will guarantee college scholarships at James Madison University for four years, beginning with the year of their expected matriculation in 2019. Should any of these Valley Scholars not enroll at James Madison University or subsequently withdraw, the Parseghian Valley Scholarship Awards intended for them will be directed to the second cohort of eligible Valley Scholars from Harrisonburg High School matriculating in 2020 (or thereafter) until the scholarship funds are exhausted. The selection of Parseghian Valley Scholars shall follow the University’s guidelines for the awarding of scholarships associated with the Valley Scholars Program.
