Beverly Y. (’68) and Leon P. Harris Scholarship Endowment for Valley Scholars

An endowed scholarship established by Beverly Y. (’68) and Leon P. Harris.

The Valley Scholars Program is a University initiative designed to remove the financial barriers that otherwise might prevent promising students in the Shenandoah Valley with high financial need from attending college. Annual allocations from this endowment will provide scholarships for need based student(s) participating in the Valley Scholars Program and attending James Madison University. The scholarship is renewable with continued financial need eligibility. Scholarships will be awarded at the discretion of the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships and follow the University’s guidelines for awarding of scholarships associated with the Valley Scholars Program.
