Frank S. Payne (’89) Family Scholarship Endowment

An endowed scholarship established by Frank S. Payne.

The scholarship will be awarded to an incoming freshman student from the Commonwealth of Virginia who is in good academic standing and demonstrates financial need as determined by the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships. The scholarship is renewable as long as the student continues to meet the criteria and is in good academic standing. Scholarships will be awarded in a manner determined by the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships, following the University’s guidelines for the awarding of scholarships.
