John S. Hilliard Scholarship Endowment

An endowed scholarship established by the faculty of the School of Music in the College of Visual and Performing Arts to honor their colleague, Dr. John S. Hilliard. The scholarship will provide funds annually for an outstanding undergraduate music student with preference given to a student concentrating in music composition. The appointment of a student as a Hilliard Scholar will be determined by the Academic Unit Head in the School of Music and approved by the Dean and Associate Dean of the College of Visual and Performing Arts.
