Ted and Sandra Ballowe Scholarship Fund - Music

An endowed scholarship established by Ted and Sandra Ballowe to provide a scholarship to benefit a JMU sophomore, junior or senior who maintains a 3.2 grade point average or better; majors in music and is a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia. If at any time the student recipient fails to meet the requirements or when the student graduates, a new student will be selected based on the established criteria. The scholarship recipient will be selected by the university upon recommendations of the Music Department and Biology Department on a ROTATING basis.
