Dorothy Pruet ’53 Lytal and Donald E. Lytal Art and Elementary Education Scholarship Fund

An annual scholarship established with an estate gift from Dorothy Pruet ’53 Lytal and Donald E. Lytal.

The Dorothy Pruet ’53 Lytal and Donald E. Lytal Art and Elementary Education Scholarship Fund will be awarded annually to a junior, senior, or fifth year student studying K-12 Art Education or PreK-6 Elementary Education. Recipients must be Virginia residents, with a preference given to students with demonstrated financial need, as determined by the Office of Financial Aid & Scholarships. The annual award will be $1,023, allowing for 10 scholarships over the next 10 years.
