Ann S. (’78) and Robert F. Carr, Jr. Scholarship Fund for Valley Scholars

An annual scholarship fund established by Ann S. (’78) and Robert F. Carr, Jr. that will provide a renewable scholarship for four years for a student from Fort Defiance High School via the Valley Scholars Program, a special initiative recently created by the University to remove the financial barriers that otherwise might prevent promising students in the Shenandoah Valley with high financial need from attending college. The selection of Valley Scholars scholarship recipients shall follow the University’s guidelines for the awarding of scholarships associated with the Valley Scholars Program.
