Ellen Collins Hubbard '45 Memorial Scholarship Endowment in Elementary Education

An endowed scholarship established by Rev. James F. Hubbard in memory of his spouse, Ellen Collins Hubbard, a member of the Class of 1945 at Madison College. In her career, Mrs. Hubbard was an elementary school teacher. This scholarship will provide financial resources annually to assist one (or more) student(s) preparing to enter the teaching profession at the Elementary Education level. The selection of Ellen Collins Hubbard ’45 Scholars shall be made in a manner determined at the discretion of the academic head for the Department of Early, Elementary and Reading Education, in consultation with the Dean for the College of Education.
