Donald G. Cooper ('73, '74) Scholarship Endowment in Education

An endowed scholarship established with a gift from Donald G. Cooper (‘73, ’74). To be eligible as a Cooper scholar, a student must a) maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.25; b) demonstrate a need for financial aid as determined by the university’s Office for Financial Aid & Scholarships; and, c) engage in a course of study (in the fourth or later year) intended to prepare the student to teach at the middle and/or high school level, with preference given to students intending to teach courses related to history or economics.
