Dr. Terry D. Beitzel Memorial Scholarship Endowment

An endowed scholarship established with an endeavor in Memorial of Dr. Terry D. Beitzel.

To be named a Beitzel Scholar, students must be enrolled as a Justice Studies major. The scholarship will be awarded to a student who demonstrates financial need as determined by the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships, with preference given to students with a GPA of 2.70 or higher. Preference will also be given to first-generation, underrepresented college students. The scholarship is renewable for up to two additional years as long as the student continues to meet the criteria and is in good academic standing. Scholarships will be awarded at the discretion of the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships, following the University’s guidelines for the awarding of scholarships.
