An endowed scholarship established by Margaret E. Vorous (’70, ’75.) Recipients will be chosen in a manner to be determined at the discretion of the Dean of the College of Education and will be awarded only in even numbered years. The recipient will be named the Dr. Inez Ramsey – Ms. Judith Blankenburg Scholar. This student must be enrolled in the Graduate Reading Specialist Program or any other graduate literacy program and have an undergraduate GPA of 3.0.
