Spillman Family Scholarship Endowment at James Madison University

An endowed scholarship established by William A. Spillman, III and David R, Spillman, on behalf of their father William A. Spillman, Jr to support scholarships for students at James Madison University who are from Culpeper County in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Each year, these scholarships shall be awarded, whether for full or partial scholarships. Students appointed as Spillman Scholars may include incoming freshman, transfer students, and students already attending James Madison University. Once a student is appointed a Spillman Scholar, the scholarship may be renewed, for up to four academic years beyond the first year of study, provided that the student remains in good standing with the University.
