Daniel J. Nardi '79, '86 & Alyce Umberger Nardi '79 Scholarship Endowment for the College of Science & Mathematics

An endowed scholarship established with a gift from Daniel J. Nardi ’79, ’86 and Alyce Umberger Nardi ’79.

This endowment will provide funds annually for one (or more) merit-based scholarships for undergraduate students pursuing academic studies within the College of Science & Mathematics. The successful candidate(s) for this scholarship must demonstrate, at a minimum, high academic achievement. Also, this scholarship is intended to encourage enrollment at James Madison University by outstanding students who have been offered admission;*incoming students who have demonstrated academic excellence – and, who have expressed an intention to pursue a course of study within the College of Science & Mathematics – may be considered for this scholarship. Once selected for this scholarship, a student may renew it for up to four additional academic years. The selection process for Nardi Scholars shall be administered in a manner determined at the discretion of the Dean for the College of Science & Mathematics.

*Transfer students are also considered incoming students.
