Donald H. Albright Dance Diversity Scholarship

An annual scholarship established by Donald H. Albright. To be eligible for an Albright Dance Scholarship, the student must be an incoming freshman with a Major in Dance. Preference will be given to underrepresented cohorts in the Dance Program. Beginning with the 2019-20 academic year, a new incoming freshman recipient will be selected each year through the 2021-2022 academic year. Based on available funds, the scholarship is renewable their sophomore, junior and senior years as long as the student remains in good academic standing and continues as a Dance major. Financial need is not a requirement, and the scholarship may be paired with one or more scholarships from the College of Visual and Performing Arts. Albright Scholarship awards will be made at the discretion of the Director of the School of Theatre and Dance at the College of Visual and Performing Arts in consultation with select Dance faculty.
