Dr. Charles P. Bilbrey Endowed Scholarship

An endowed scholarship established June 1, 1989 by Dr. Charles P. Bilbrey. Candidates must be CIS majors, must demonstrate financial need by submitting a FAFSA or other support of financial need, and must be in good standing with JMU. Applications are due on or before March 31. Recipient may re-apply each year for selection.
