Ann Lanning (`82, `84) Drischler Memorial Scholarship Endowment in the College of Education

“An endowed scholarship established by Michael W. Drischler in memory of his late wife.

To be named a Drischler Scholar, the recipient must be a full-time junior, senior or graduate student pursuing teacher licensure and committed to teaching individuals with exceptionalities, demonstrated by being enrolled in one of the special education teacher licensure programs in the Educational Foundations and Exceptionalities Department. If two or more students are equally qualified, financial need as determined by the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships will be the deciding factor. The scholarship is renewable as long as the recipient continues to meet the criteria. Scholarships will be awarded at the discretion of the Academic Unit Head of the Educational Foundations and Exceptionalities Department following the University’s guidelines for the awarding of scholarships."
