Julia Meigs Ahearn Scholarship Endowment

An endowed scholarship established by David M. Ahearn, III (’98) honoring the memory of his grandmother, Julia Ahearn.

Annual allocations from the endowment will provide scholarships to students whose families have experienced a recent financial hardship while enrolled at the University. Recipients must be enrolled in the College of Education; the School of Writing, Rhetoric, and Technical Communication in the College of Arts and Letters; or the College of Integrated Science and Engineering. Scholarships will be awarded at the discretion of the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships and follow the University’s guidelines for the awarding of scholarships.
