Sarah Lanier Tabb Oliver Memorial Scholarship
An annual scholarship established in 1991 with gifts from The TOWN Foundation in memory of Sarah Lanier Tabb Oliver, wife of Thomas L. Oliver, the benefactor of The TOWN Foundation. Mrs. Oliver attended the State Normal & Industrial School for Women from 1920 to 1922.
