Charles S. and Bertha Mast Graybeal Memorial Scholarship
An endowed scholarship established by Ralph and Inez Roop in memory of Charles S. and Bertha Mast Graybeal. This endowment will provide financial resources annually for scholarship awards to students from foreign countries who are attending or who desire to attend JMU and meet the University’s academic requirements. In the absence of any qualified or appropriate applicants, the scholarship shall be awarded to deserving students at the discretion of the JMU Foundation.
