An endowed scholarship established by Cross Keys-Mill Creek Ruritan Club.

Purpose
Valley Scholars is a University initiative designed to remove the financial barriers that otherwise might prevent promising students in the Shenandoah Valley with high financial need from attending college.

Donor Criteria

Restrictions
• Students have completed the Valley Scholars Program through high school.
• Demonstrate financial need as determined by the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships.

Administration
• Renewable as long as the criteria are met.

Guardian
The guardian of this account will be the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships. Recipients will be selected at the discretion of the guardian following the University’s guidelines for awarding scholarship
