Smith Family (’98) Legacy Scholarship Endowment

An endowed scholarship established by Douglas A. Smith (’98) and Julie Rice-Smith.

Donor Criteria
Restrictions
• Student demonstrates financial need as determined by the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• First preference given to student majoring in Computer Science. Second preference given to student enrolled in the College of Integrated Science and Engineering.

Administration
• Renewable as long as the criteria are met.
• Awarded to one student per year.

Guardian
The guardian of this account will be the Dean of the College of Integrated Science and Engineering, or designee. Recipients will be selected at the discretion of the guardian, or designee, following the University’s guidelines for awarding scholarships.
