• Support funds for the Joyce Guthrie Team Award for the Rainey-Shepard-Kushel Business Plan Competition in the College of Business.

Administration
• If the Rainey-Shepard-Kushel Business Plan Competition ceases to exist, any remaining funds from the Joyce GuthrieTeam Award Fund will provide general support funds for the College of Business.

Guardian
The guardian of this account will be the Dean of the College of Business, or designee. Funds will be administered at the discretion of the Dean, or designee, and will follow the University’s and the JMU Foundation’s guidelines for the expenditure of such funds.
