Ann and Robert Carr, Jr.

The Ann S. (’78) and Robert F. Carr, Jr. Scholarship Fund for Valley Scholars was established by Ann and Robert Carr. Ann received her Masters from the College of Education in Early Childhood Education in 1978. Ann and Robert are long time supporters of James Madison University.
