Pat (‘78) and Frank Luth Family Scholarship Endowment

An endowed scholarship established by Frank W. Luth, III (‘89) honoring his parents, Patricia S. Luth (‘78) and Dr. Frank Luth, Jr., with “Pat’s dream” of establishing this scholarship endowment.

The Luth Family Scholarship will be awarded to fulltime students enrolled in the College of Education who are in good academic standing and demonstrate financial need as determined by the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships, with first preference given to students who are single parents with the responsibility for raising one or more children of the student living in the students’ household. Second preference will be given to students who are from a single-parent household. In the event that there are no students who meet the criteria of being a single parent or from a single-parent household, the recipients may be freshmen students enrolled in the College of Education who are in good academic standing and demonstrate financial need as determined by the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships. The scholarship is renewable as long as the student continues to meet the criteria. Scholarships will be awarded at the discretion of the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships and follow the University’s guidelines for the awarding of scholarships.
